WhY is there a waitlist for my digital training course?

We try to operate a course at a time and day to suit you. This requires a bit of diary management that is better handled by humans ! 

How long will i need to wait for a course date? 

We will typically contact you in 3 days with prospective dates for your digital training course and also full booking instructions if you agree with the dates and times offered

CaN you train my digital marketing team? 

Yes ! we produced in house training courses which are tailored to your fit company and industry. We can traing upto 15 delegates at a time. In house programs are often bespoke to your business, so we should have a meeting first to agree exactly what you need and how we can build that for you.

I Can't attend Part 2 of my course 

Contact us via the LIVE Chat window or email us at Support@sitelynx.com. We will offer you 2 alternative dates for Part 2 of your course. Please note that we do not offer refunds or part refunds for partial course attendance. Both parts of the course must be attended by the named delegate on the booking.

Can someon else do Part 2 of my Course ?

No. Only the named delegate on the booking can attend. This is to ensure that all parts of the training have been completed for the certificate.

Requesting a refund

What Systems and internet connection will I need ?

The course is hosted over Zoom

You will need to install Zoom App for Desktop or Mobile to use Zoom Breakout Rooms

We recommend that you have a connection of 4.0Mbps or faster

What equipment will I need ?

We recommend that you use either a Laptop or Desktop to attend the Course

You can use mobile phone or tablet but are NOT recommended. 

A microphone/ headset will be useful so you can hear us clearly and also talk with your course trainer. 

We request that you are on MUTE when you are not asking a question as this will reduce noise pollution for other delegates.

The Course Trainer reserves the right to remove disruptive delegates, their decision is final.

I do not have Google AnAlytics 4 installed on my website yet

We have a GA4 demo account that you can add to your Google Account for training purposes. 

However we strongly recommend that GA4 is installed ASAP. So it has time to gather data before the July 1st 2023 cut off date.

I do not HAVE A Google Ads account, CaN I still attend the training ?

YES ! We have a demo Google Ads account, which we can show you for training.

But for the best training experience you will learn more from the training if you have access to your own Google Ads account.
